I loved this hotel's location next to the ski tracks and close to the national park. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a supermarket nearby.
Nothing, it is perfect.

location, directly at the National Park
noisy ventilation, which could not be switched off by oneself, room getting on in years, cleaning could be better (strange hair in bed)

Although it was out of season, the hotel was one of the few that was open. Instead of a simple room I was given a suite. At the breakfast buffet I found a large selection of fresh and tasty food. This, although there were only a handful of guests in the hotel. Top service. Very friendly hotel staff. Good and fast W-Lan. Sauna in the hotel room. Coffee and cocoa in the small kitchen of the suite.
It does not have very many TV stations on offer. The beds were a bit worn out.

The location of the hotel was amazing, situated right on the edge of the ski tracks for cross country skiing and next to a national park. the supermarket was also conveniently close by. the rooms were spacious and clean with an excellent bathroom. the breakfast offered a good selection of food and the view from the room was breathtaking. the staff was friendly and provided helpful service. the hotel provided a sauna and tobogganing slopes.
Some taster sessions and the Santa visit were poorly organised and very rushed.

The hotel is in the perfect location for a winter vacation—we were able to easily access the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the complimentary sauna access in the afternoon. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from, including fresh fruit and pastries.
Our room was a bit dated and didn't have many amenities. We also wished there was more information provided about local activities and events.

Since we were visiting during summer, it was exceptional quiet. However the room as well as the bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a room with sauna, which was a great feature and very enjoyable. Breakfast was very good and employees were helpful and friendly. It was a very pleasant stay and we will for sure come back.

The hotel complex is spaciously laid out. There's a sauna. The breakfast room is large, the breakfast buffet is rich and good. There is a bicycle rental service on the premises and tour bookings are possible. Around it are restaurants and a small ski area in the immediate vicinity.
